Adoption Application Information:

Thank you for your interest in adopting one of our dogs.
Please note, our dogs are sheltered in fostor homes. We do not have a shelter to visit.
Our adoption requirements include the following:

Adoption Application Downloads

1. Completed Application Form

2. Home visit by one of our Volunteers

3. Reference fom a Vet {if applicable)

4. Reference from a neighbor or friend (name, address, phone number)

5. There is an Adoption fee of $300. The fee is required to defray Vet costs

and to continue to operate our rescue services. All dogs are neutered or

spayed.

6. A signed legal Adoption contract

7. A detailed manual on Dog Care is included

Upon completion of this application a volunteer will contact you either by phone or email.
Please recognize that Adopt-A-Dog/Save-A-Life Inc. is obliged to seek the best possible match to meet the needs of each of our dogs.
We are located in Toronto. We will do our best to accommodate applicants from outside our area, but home visits outside of the GTA are not always possible. In such cases we will not be able to go forward with your application.
